Q. My orders are going to the wrong location. What do I do?
Q. Does SDSURF have a receiving department?
Q. What do I do if I receive an order and all or a portion of the products don't work for my intended use, were damaged in transit, or I just don't want them anymore?
A. Contact the purchasing department at 619–594–6891 or email SDSURF Purchasing immediately. Provide the purchase order number and the specific product(s) to be returned. The buyer will contact the supplier and then provide you with instructions regarding packing and scheduled pick up of materials. Refer to PAG section 3.D. for detailed information.
Q. My orders are going to the wrong location. What do I do?
A. First, review Ship To Codes to determine the accuracy of the location(s) we have on file for you in our finance system. If your location(s) information is no longer valid, contact purchasing at 619-594-6891 or email SDSURF Purchasing and provide us with your current location. Should your problems continue, contact purchasing immediately and provide the purchase order number related to the missing or misdirected delivery and the problem will be investigated.
Q. Does SDSURF have a receiving department?
A. Our shipping and receiving department is combined with SDSU’s Logistical Services department. All items purchased through use of a purchase order or procurement card should be directed to SDSU Receiving at 5555 Canyon Crest Drive, San Diego, CA 92182
