As a recipient of City of San Diego contracts, the Research Foundation is required to demonstrate compliance and provide you with a notice regarding the Equal Benefits Program.

The purpose of this program is to ensure that employers contracting with the City of San Diego provide the same benefits to employees with spouses and employees with domestic partners. If an employer that contracts with the City does not offer benefits to employees and spouses, benefits are not required to be extended to an employee with a domestic partner.
