Coping With Stress from Wildfires
As wildfires continue to impact Los Angeles and nearby communities, our hearts go out to all those affected by these devastating events. In moments of crisis, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, but it’s also an opportunity to lean into our shared strength and resilience.
During heavy news cycles, it’s important to pause and check in with yourself and those around you. Instead of doom scrolling, try grounding practices like box breathing or use our gratitude timer to reflect on the positives in your life. While these actions may not resolve the challenges we face, they can help restore your energy and perspective—empowering you to support others and take meaningful action.
To assist during this difficult time, we’ve compiled resources to help manage stress caused by wildfires and keep you informed. Together, we can navigate this and find ways to rebuild stronger.
