Electronic Document Submission
March 19, 2020
To: Principal Investigators/Project Directors and Project Administrative Staff
From: Janet Harry, Systems Manager, SDSU Research Foundation
Subj: Electronic Document Submission
To better accommodate the current work from home protocol, we have launched processes to accept scanned documents via MyRF.
You are now able to submit Purchase Requisitions, Disbursement Requests, and Journal Vouchers along with supporting documentation electronically in MyRF. MyRF users can submit and approve documents with their MyRF credentials instead of a wet ink signature. After logging into MyRF, you will see three new links: a Document Processing Link that will allow you to upload and electronically approve documents, and a Document Processing Listing link that will allow you to track the status of your documents. You will also see a link to the user guide.
Training sessions via Zoom have been set up for next week on Monday, March 23 at 2:00 pm and Tuesday, March 24th at 9:00 am. There is a link to a sign up form on the log in page of MyRF. Once you sign up, you will be sent a meeting request with Zoom information. If you would like to attend a training and those times are not convenient, you may indicate that on the sign up form.
I hope this will be helpful. If you have any questions or need assistance with the new processes, feel free to contact me at jharry@sdsu.edu
Thanks for your patience as we continue to navigate this new work environment!
